Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Harley-Davidson team, working from home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction to ensure the success of our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional service - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success strategies and initiatives - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth - Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and trends - Lead customer training sessions and presentations to enhance product knowledge and usage - Manage customer escalations and provide timely resolutions to issues - Gather feedback and insights from customers to drive product enhancements and improvements - Develop and execute customer success plans and initiatives to meet business objectives
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work part-time from a home office in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
