Job Description:
Capital One Financial is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through proactive account management, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute tailored customer success plans - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Analyze customer data to track usage, engagement, and overall satisfaction - Implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn - Create and deliver regular reports to key stakeholders on customer health and satisfaction
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking and project management skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
