Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the company's products or services - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, and feedback to proactively address any issues and prevent customer churn - Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide training and support to clients on how to utilize the company's products effectively - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services - Work closely with internal teams to advocate for customers' needs and drive product enhancements


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
