Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Officer will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of being reliable and resourceful, as well as the soft skills of teamwork and planning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any issues that arise - Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
