Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Carleton University is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. We are looking for a confident and driven individual with strong presentation skills and a creative mindset.


As a Remote Customer Success Officer, your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services - Providing training and support to customers to help them effectively use our products - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to customers - Gathering feedback from customers to improve our products and services - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives based on data-driven decisions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
