Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support and assistance with their needs - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services - Build strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction - Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations for improvement - Track and report on customer success metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Strong decision-making skills - Adaptability to changing situations - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
