Job Description:
As a Customer Success Officer at Citi Canada, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This role will require a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates and reports - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth - Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and take action based on feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
