Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving - Provide guidance and support to customers on how to maximize the value of their interactions with EDC - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers


Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to customer success - Excellent negotiation and leadership skills to effectively communicate and influence customer behavior - Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
