Job Description:
Mosaic, a leading technology company based in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with exceptional support to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges - Provide guidance and support to customers on how to effectively use our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Cooperation skills to work well with cross-functional teams and achieve common goals - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
