Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate-level position, the Remote Customer Success Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our company. 3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the customer success department. 5. Utilize project management skills to successfully handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously. 6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Research and implement best practices in customer success to continuously improve our customer service offerings.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and resilient individual who can handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. 3. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 4. Demonstrated project management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
