Job Description - Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Cigna is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Must be willing to work remotely and be available during standard business hours
