Job Description:
Dollar General is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Representative in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote additional products or services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and drive business growth. 4. Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions, monitor satisfaction levels, and generate reports. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance customer success strategies. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success initiatives and campaigns. 7. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Dollar General in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with the ability to engage and connect with customers in a meaningful way. 2. Resourceful mindset to adapt to various situations, problem-solve effectively, and drive results. 3. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers, build rapport, and handle challenging interactions with professionalism. 4. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive success. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
