Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Success Representative to join our remote team at Fidelity National Financial. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer concerns - Build strong relationships with customers to enhance overall customer experience - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure successful implementation of our products - Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers of all levels - Energetic and resourceful personality with a customer-centric approach - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
