Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Textron is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate for this position should possess a resilient and confident personality, as well as demonstrate creativity and adaptability as key soft skills. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure the best possible customer experience. - Proactively identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion of services. - Analyze customer data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving customer success goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
