Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Jones Financial is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time, entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are satisfied and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Monitor client usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer engagement and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes and procedures


Requirements:


- Resourceful and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
