Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a talented Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success and exhibit personality traits such as adaptability and energy. The ideal candidate will also possess soft skills in analysis and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with Valero Energy products and services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous product enhancement - Represent Valero Energy at various industry events and conferences as needed - Provide remote support to customers across different time zones

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Leadership qualities and a proactive mindset
