Job Description:
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Toyota products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Assist with project management tasks related to customer success initiatives, such as customer engagement programs and feedback surveys. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in customer success.
Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated attitude towards customer service and relationship building. 2. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. 3. Basic project management skills to assist in organizing and executing customer success initiatives. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
