Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer success roles.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience - Create and deliver engaging presentations to educate customers on new features and updates - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
