Job Description:
Commercial Metals is seeking a remote Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This position is part-time and suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with internal departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer accounts, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers - Assist in developing customer retention strategies and implementing customer success initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer service or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling customer inquiries and challenges - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage people effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working remotely is a plus
