Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Telus is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to better assist customers - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency - Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer support processes


Requirements: - Driven individual with a strong work ethic - Reliable and punctual team player - Excellent time management skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
