Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Dover in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5.
