Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Toronto, Ontario. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and needs in a friendly and professional manner - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system - Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, striving to find quick and effective solutions - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the store presentable - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences - Assist with inventory management and help with receiving and stocking merchandise - Provide support to other departments as needed, such as helping with marketing promotions or assisting with special events

Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on positive interactions and problem-solving - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions - Team player who can work collaboratively with others and take direction well - Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
