Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Hershey, a leading chocolate and confectionery company, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, resilient, and possess strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Answer inquiries and resolve issues regarding products, orders, and services in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Prior experience in customer service or a related field. 6. Driven and resilient personality traits. 7. Excellent problem-solving and persuasion skills.
