Job Description:


Symantec is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Assisting with product demonstrations and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintaining customer records and updating databases accurately - Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support processes


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to analyze and understand customer needs - Creative problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions to customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly - Flexible schedule for part-time hours - High school diploma or equivalent
