Customer Support Associate

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
