Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, innovative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner 3. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide feedback for product enhancements 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 1 year of customer service experience 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Strong problem-solving skills 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
