Customer Support Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Associate at PNC Financial Services Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account maintenance, transactions, and other financial services inquiries - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analysis and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
