Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Rockwell Automation is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 6. Proactively identify and address potential customer issues. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 8. Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
