Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Support Associate to join our team at Nationwide in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on our services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies
