Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Support Associate to join our team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Process orders and returns - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
