Job Description:


Comcast is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their overall experience. 4. Process customer orders and provide order status updates as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. 6. Research solutions to complex customer problems and make informed decisions to meet their needs. 7. Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality of service. 9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Confidence in handling various customer service scenarios with professionalism. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries effectively. 4. Good decision-making skills to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to accommodate a variable schedule. 7. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work.
