Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


ConAgra Foods is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


As a Remote Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives who work remotely. Your main responsibilities will include:


- Managing the daily operations of the remote customer support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Developing and implementing customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitoring and analyzing customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Providing ongoing training and support to remote customer support representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handling escalated customer issues and resolving them in a timely and effective manner - Implementing technology solutions to streamline the customer support process and improve efficiency - Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to remote customer support representatives


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven track record of managing remote teams and achieving customer satisfaction goals - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire remote team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Critical thinking and analysis skills - Proficiency in customer support software and tools
