Job Description:
D.R. Horton, a leading home construction company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at the associate level. We are looking for a driven and confident individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer support management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the management team. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate support efforts and address customer concerns. 5. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. 6. Train and mentor new customer support representatives to ensure consistency in service quality.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
