Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at S&P Global in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. 2. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive business growth. 6. Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5 years of experience in customer support or related roles. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 6. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 7. Persuasion and teamwork soft skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
