Job Description - Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team at Tenneco in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for managing our customer support team and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


- Oversee the customer support team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates - Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer support process - Analyze customer support data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer support team - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for customer support


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer support management, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
