Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring the highest level of service to our valued customers. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a requirement of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer support team to deliver exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer support. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7 years of experience in a customer support management role. 3. Confident and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong attention to detail and people management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
