Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external audiences - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Company transportation and equipment provided - Must be comfortable collaborating with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality
