Job Description - Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team at Lam Research in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer support, including resolving customer inquiries, developing relationships with clients, and overseeing the customer support team.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and lead the customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Track and report on customer support metrics and KPIs


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive and able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools
