Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Amazon.com is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time role at the mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Persuasion and planning soft skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Vision insurance, Dental insurance, and training & professional development benefits - Ability to pursue excellence in every endeavor and set a high standard for achievement
