Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Support Manager at Macy's in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives who work remotely to provide exceptional service to our customers. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure they are providing excellent service to Macy's customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues in a timely manner. 3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to help team members improve. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Handle escalations and difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually improve processes and operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field. 2. Previous experience managing a remote customer support team. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Dedicated and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Teamwork and persuasion skills to motivate and inspire team members. 6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
