Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Calpine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, driven, and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and implement solutions. - Develop and maintain processes and procedures for efficient and effective customer support operations. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner. - Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer support experience and drive customer loyalty.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 8 years of experience in customer support roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer support strategies. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. - Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
