Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused initiatives and drive business growth. 6. Monitor key performance metrics and report on team performance to senior management. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in managing a customer support team in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results and driving team success. 5. Independent and motivated mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Proficient in research and problem-solving, able to analyze data and make informed decisions. 7. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
