Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Manager to join our team at Parker-Hannifin in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a customer support or related role. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide ongoing training and development for customer service team members - Implement innovation and negotiation skills to drive customer retention and loyalty
