Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

As a Remote Customer Support Officer at Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to management - Monitor customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services - Work independently and manage time effectively to meet performance targets


Requirements: - Independent and hardworking with the ability to work remotely - Excellent critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer problems - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
