Job Description - Customer Support Officer

As a Customer Support Officer at Tech Data in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with any inquiries, issues, or feedback they may have about our products or services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues by providing solutions and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. 3. Processing customer orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other departments to provide seamless customer service and support. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Dedicated and motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
