Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


FirstEnergy is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a global team - Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
