Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team at TJX in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and have a knack for persuasion.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information 2. Assist customers with product sales and returns 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers 7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Persuasive and customer-focused mentality 7. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
