Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and independent, with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical issues - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Conducting follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
