Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Sears Holdings is looking for a reliable and highly motivated Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will work remotely and will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication - Manage and update customer accounts and information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and independent personality traits - People management and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
