Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at PPL. As a part-time entry-level position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from a remote location. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and have strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or live chat - Provide product information and support to customers - Manage customer accounts and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as assigned - Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
